At Miss Pickle we are passionately Mediterranean in origins and flavours and also happily Australian, sourcing only the most effective regional and moral fruit and vegetables whenever possible. Like the genuine Miss Pickle-- that emigrated to Melbourne in 1971-- nothing provides us more pleasure than sharing our actual food. Just as she was, we are stubborn about how our food is made, selecting to prepare every little thing fresh and using the time honoured cooking customs discovered throughout the Mediterranean.
