In this paper we reflect about the differences among “digital natives” and “digital immigrants”, giving data to identify if one group has much greater advantage among the other in The Digital Age, and related to teaching and learning processes. We also propose the acquisition and development of Information and technological competencies for both groups, as a strategy to bridge the Digital Divide on Education System. We try to solve the following questions: as teachers, are we prepared for teaching new and old subjects, through exploring innovative forms? As students, do we have traditional Information competencies to solve new problems, and to help us to make informed decisions on future scenery?References
