Several studies have emphasized students´ difficulties in writing and reading activities in Higher Education. With information and communications technologies advances, there are new alternatives which can be used to overcome writing and reading problems. Regarding this, it's necessary to develop guidelines to facilitate learning in online environments. The aim of this study is to analyze, based on an integral semiotic proposal, a series of blogs and online workshops which aims to develop university students´ reading and writing skills. This analysis is the first step in order to determine good practices criteria with TIC in university contexts, in particular in Language Pedagogy.
