Keywords:
ICT, technological appropriation, digital competencies, vulnerable communitiesAbstract
This paper presents the results, still preliminary, from one of the project phases "Design of a communicative-pedagogical proposal of training in ICT uses and appropriation for everyday life and educative context in vulnerable communities", performed by the Virtual Learning Environment Research Group of Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. The aim of this phase is to explore the concrete ICT practices of entrepreneurs and participants of different groups, students and general community, who benefit from the Medellin Digital Program. Following the principles of Grounded Theory, preliminary qualitative investigations are performed with open interviews. The analyses allow a first comprehension of the ICT appropriation process according to the participants and their everyday lives.References
