Abstract

The goal of this research is show the educative software design for learning of the crime theory, in the Criminal Law area. This study corresponds to an applied and interdisciplinary research, which involves knowledge of Penal Right, computer science, education computer-assisted and Software engineering. For their study, the problem has been divided into two steps: the first one consists of drawing the software design models and the second one, to make the software. In this paper, the first part is exposed.
