The study analyzed factors influencing adoption of the institutional LMS “Virtual Undergraduate Program” from the perspective of the Educational and Social Sciences faculty’s students. A survey was applied to 213 participants. The results evidenced a mainly neutral perception, with a centered trend. While the access and pedagogical utility were rated the best, platform training and technical stability showed weaknesses. There was a positive and meaningful correlation in every aspect, evidencing interdependence. Study limitations include: the lack of the LMS use in certain careers; low participation regarding the complete study population; and single-faculty study application. The main contribution of this study was the demonstration of a gap in pedagogical resources usage, the reliability of platform training and stability, prompting the need to be strengthened. To conclude, the virtual undergraduate program performs the action of repositing information; thus, it is imperative to optimize its characteristics to become a platform that promotes an integrated learning experienceReferences
