El presente documento tiene como propósito presentar las distintas formas de gestión de equipos de tutores que se dan al interior de la Universidad Virtual (UV) del Tecnológico de Monterrey en este momento. Este estudio se ha realizado enfocando las cuatro divisiones y una dirección que componen el sistema en su organización actual, de manera que el lector podrá encontrar cuatro modelos de gestión educativa que describen las dinámicas distintivas y características de las prácticas educativas de cada uno y a la vez podrá obtener un panorama de las formas organizacionales que se están presentando en la institución. Es necesario agregar que esta investigación desea contribuir a hacer explícito el conocimiento tácito de la organización y a reconocer el trabajo intelectual que se genera en la UV.
