				<title>RESUMEN</title>

				<p>A theoretical model was proposed and validated, whereby the Technology
						Acceptance Model (TAM), the Information Systems Success Model (ISSM), and
						the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) were
						integrated, and additional variables such as trust and gamification were
						incorporated. The objective was to analyze the factors that influence the
						use of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for the training of educational
						personnel in Tamaulipas, Mexico. A total of 470 surveys were collected and
						the proposed model was evaluated using the partial least squares structural
						equation modeling technique (PLS-SEM). The results revealed that perceived
						usefulness, hedonic motivation, and gamification significantly influence the
						use of MOOCs, highlighting the importance of offering courses that are
						functional, engaging, and socially integrated. From a theoretical
						perspective, the research model demonstrated the feasibility of assessing
						MOOC quality in an integrated manner, contributing to the literature on

			<title>INTRODUCCIÓN</title>
				abordarlos, se necesitan soluciones escalables y accesibles. En este contexto, el
				progreso de las tecnologías de la información (TI) ha favorecido la integración de
				la educación con la tecnología, dando lugar a herramientas como los cursos en línea
				masivos y abiertos (MOOCs, Massive Open Online Courses) que apoyan
				a los procesos de enseñanza - aprendizaje (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B7">Alj &amp;
					Bouayad, 2024</xref>).</p>
			<p>En el estado de Tamaulipas, México, existe un programa de capacitación implementado
				por el Centro Estatal de Tecnología Educativa (CETE) cuyo propósito principal es
				fortalecer las habilidades digitales del personal de educación básica. Este programa
				ofrece MOOCs enfocados en el uso y manejo de TI con un enfoque práctico y pedagógico
				que permite su aplicación directa en el aula. De esta manera, se promueve la
				integración efectiva de herramientas digitales en los procesos de
				enseñanza-aprendizaje, contribuyendo a una educación más innovadora, inclusiva y de
				calidad. No obstante, estas capacitaciones afrontan retos derivados de las
				diferencias en acceso tecnológico y capacidades digitales del personal docente, lo
				cual puede influir en su adopción de los MOOCs (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B37"
					>Mesuwini &amp; Mokoena, 2024</xref>).</p>
			<p>Los MOOCs son valorados por su capacidad de reducir costos y ampliar el alcance de
				contenidos (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B33">Lambert, 2020</xref>). No obstante, su
				enfoque uniforme reduce su eficacia y provoca elevados niveles de deserción, así
				como una baja participación de los usuarios en actividades educativas como foros y
				comentarios (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B38">Papadakis, 2023</xref>). Por ello,
				diversas investigaciones se han enfocado en determinar los elementos que impactan en
				su adopción y utilización (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B15">Aparicio et
						al., 2019</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B50">Ucha,
				2023</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B55">Yang &amp; Lee, 2021</xref>). </p>
			<p>Por tanto, el propósito de este documento es examinar cómo los factores de utilidad
				percibida y motivación hedónica, en conjunto con la gamificación, influyen en el uso
				de MOOCs destinados a la capacitación de personal de educación básica en Tamaulipas,
				México. Para alcanzar este objetivo, el documento se divide en cinco secciones:
				introducción al tema y teoría, método aplicado, presentación de resultados,
				discusión y conclusiones.</p>

		<sec>
			<title>REFERENTE TEÓRICO</title>
			<p>Los MOOCs son cursos educativos de acceso libre que requieren la participación de
				educadores y ofrecen un avance significativo en la educación debido a su fácil
				acceso y eficiencia (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B45">Schettino &amp; Capone,
					2022</xref>). Sin embargo, su sostenibilidad depende de la disposición de los
				usuarios a permanecer en ellos, lo que es un desafío debido a la alta tasa de
				abandono (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B38">Papadakis, 2023</xref>). Este escenario ha
				generado un creciente interés en los MOOCs llevando al desarrollo de investigaciones
				basadas en distintos modelos teóricos (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B14">Aparicio
						et al., 2021</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B39"
					>Rezvani et al., 2022</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B56"
					>Zheng et al., 2023</xref>). Uno de ellos es el Modelo de
				Aceptación Tecnológica (TAM) que se enfoca en la utilidad percibida y la facilidad
				de uso como aspectos que condicionan la actitud frente a las TI (<xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B20">Davis, 1985</xref>). Aunque el TAM ha sido adaptado
				para estudiar las percepciones sobre la educación en línea (<xref ref-type="bibr"
					rid="B39">Rezvani <italic>et al</italic>., 2022</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr"
					rid="B56">Zheng <italic>et al</italic>., 2023</xref>) su enfoque no considera
				características clave de los MOOCs como la flexibilidad, la interactividad y la
				diversidad de contenidos (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B49">To &amp; Trinh,
					2021</xref>).</p>
			<p>Si bien el TAM se centra en la aceptación tecnológica, puede ser complementado por el
				Modelo de Éxito de Sistemas de Información (ISSM, por sus siglas en inglés:
					IS Success Model). El ISSM incluye factores de calidad e
				impacto como impacto individual, satisfacción del usuario, impacto organizacional,
				calidad de la información, del sistema y del servicio (<xref ref-type="bibr"
					rid="B21">DeLone &amp; McLean, 2003</xref>). En el caso de los MOOCs, el ISSM
				permite evaluar elementos clave para su éxito como la percepción del usuario, la
				calidad del contenido, del sistema y del servicio.</p>
			<p>El ISSM aborda dimensiones técnicas y de calidad, omitiendo factores sociales y
				contextuales, por lo que justifica su integración con modelos como la Teoría
				Unificada de la Aceptación y el Uso de la Tecnología (UTAUT). El UTAUT destaca la
				influencia social, la motivación hedónica, la expectativa de rendimiento, las
				condiciones facilitadoras, la percepción del esfuerzo requerido y el valor atribuido
				en la adopción tecnológica (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B52">Venkatesh et
						al., 2012</xref>). Aunque inicialmente validado en contextos
				específicos, el UTAUT se ha adaptado con éxito a tecnologías diversas (<xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B16">Arfi et al., 2021</xref>; <xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B2">Alalwan et al., 2017</xref>).</p>
			<p>Los modelos TAM, ISSM y UTAUT se han combinado para proporcionar una explicación más
				completa del uso de tecnologías. Por ejemplo, se han desarrollado modelos híbridos
				entre el TAM y el ISSM (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B10">Alsulami, 2024</xref>; <xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B34">Legramante et al., 2023</xref>), el
				ISSM y el UTAUT (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B31">Izkair &amp; Lakulu, 2023</xref>;
					<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B47">Shahzad et al., 2024</xref>) e
				incluso entre el TAM y el UTAUT (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B12">Alyoussef,
					2022</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B53">Wang et
					al.,2024</xref>). Estas integraciones proporcionan un análisis más
				detallado y ayudan a diseñar estrategias para fomentar la adopción y el uso
				sostenible de los MOOCs.</p>
			<p>En paralelo, la confianza y la gamificación son factores clave para el uso efectivo
				de tecnologías educativas (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B9">Alshurideh et
						al., 2019</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B24">Gu et
						al., 2021</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B55">Yang &amp; Lee,
					2021</xref>). La confianza es crucial para la adopción de plataformas digitales,
				ya que los usuarios deben sentirse seguros al compartir su información personal
					(<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Al-Azawei &amp; Alowayr, 2020</xref>; <xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B23">Dhahak &amp; Huseynov, 2020</xref>; <xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B32">Kanaan et al., 2023</xref>). La
				gamificación, por su parte, mejora la participación y el compromiso al incorporar
				elementos de juego, como recompensas y niveles, lo que reduce las tasas de abandono
					(<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B14">Aparicio <italic>et al</italic>., 2021</xref>;
					<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B17">Çera et al., 2020</xref>; <xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B55">Yang &amp; Lee, 2021</xref>).</p>
			<p>Por tanto, este estudio plantea un modelo de investigación para examinar la
				percepción sobre el uso de los MOOCs, integrando variables de los modelos TAM
				(facilidad de uso y utilidad percibida), ISSM (uso, calidad del sistema, del
				servicio y de la información) y UTAUT (motivación hedónica e influencia social).
				Asimismo, se incorporan las variables de confianza y gamificación por su relevancia
				en la mejora de la retención y el compromiso en plataformas educativas. Además, se
				plantea el constructo de segundo orden Calidad General (CG) que agrupa los factores
				de calidad del ISSM. Este enfoque, utilizado en investigaciones previas, facilita la
				representación de conceptos de nivel superior al simplificar modelos complejos
					(<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B5">Aldholay <italic>et al</italic>., 2020</xref>;
					<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B13">Ameen et al., 2021</xref>),
				aspecto útil para el análisis en entornos educativos masivos como los MOOCs (<xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B44">Sarstedt et al., 2019</xref>). A
				partir de este modelo, se formulan las hipótesis que buscan explicar las relaciones
				entre las variables clave.</p>
			<p>El primer componente de la Calidad General es la Calidad del Sistema (SI), que
				incluye características técnicas, rendimiento y disponibilidad del sistema (<xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B24">Gu et al., 2021</xref>). La
				literatura indica que la calidad del sistema tiene un impacto positivo en la
				facilidad de uso (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B25">Gupta et al.,
					2021</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B39">Rezvani et al.,
					2022</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B56">Zheng et al.,
					2023</xref>), la utilidad percibida (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B9">Alshurideh
						et al., 2019</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B39"
					>Rezvani et al., 2022</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B56"
					>Zheng et al., 2023</xref>) y la confianza (<xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B32">Kanaan et al., 2023</xref>; <xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B43">Sarkar et al., 2020</xref>; <xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B48">Silic &amp; Ruf, 2018</xref>). El segundo componente,
				la Calidad de la Información (IF), se describe como el nivel en que los usuarios
				consideran la información actual, precisa, relevante y estructurada de manera
				adecuada (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B5">Aldholay et al.,
					2020</xref>). Estudios demuestran un efecto positivo de la calidad de la
				información en la facilidad de uso (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B9">Alshurideh
						et al., 2019</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B25">Gupta
						et al., 2021</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B42"
					>Salloum et al., 2019</xref>), la utilidad percibida (<xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B42">Salloum et al., 2019</xref>; <xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B56">Zheng et al., 2023</xref>) y la
				confianza (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B32">Kanaan et al.,
					2023</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B43">Sarkar et al.,
					2020</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B48">Silic &amp; Ruf, 2018</xref>). El
				tercer componente, la Calidad del Servicio (SR), refleja la percepción del soporte
				en términos de interactividad, capacidad de respuesta, seguridad y empatía (<xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B8">Alrwashdeh et al., 2020</xref>). Se ha
				podido identificar que la calidad del servicio influye positivamente en la facilidad
				de uso (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">Ahmad <italic>et al</italic>., 2020</xref>;
					<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B54">Xu &amp; Du, 2018</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr"
					rid="B56">Zheng <italic>et al</italic>., 2023</xref>), la utilidad percibida
					(<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B1">Ahmad <italic>et al</italic>., 2020</xref>;
					<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B54">Xu &amp; Du, 2018</xref>) y la confianza (<xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B32">Kanaan et al., 2023</xref>; <xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B43">Sarkar et al., 2020</xref>; <xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B48">Silic &amp; Ruf, 2018</xref>). Debido a que los tres
				factores que integran la calidad general inciden positiva y significativamente en la
				facilidad de uso, la utilidad percibida y la confianza, se plantea que:</p>
			<p>
				<list list-type="simple">
					<list-item>
						<p>H1: La calidad general tiene un efecto positivo en la
							facilidad de uso.</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>H2: La calidad general tiene un efecto positivo en la utilidad
							percibida.</p>
					</list-item>
					<list-item>
						<p>H3: La calidad general tiene un efecto positivo en la
							confianza.</p>
					</list-item>
				</list>
			</p>
			<p>Por otra parte, la Facilidad de Uso (FU) se define como el nivel en que una persona
				percibe que un sistema es sencillo de utilizar y no requiere un esfuerzo
				significativo para operarlo (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B56">Zheng et
						al., 2023</xref>); cuando un sistema se percibe como sencillo de
				utilizar, aumenta la percepción de su utilidad (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B23"
					>Dhahak &amp; Huseynov, 2020</xref>). Estudios han demostrado que la facilidad
				de uso influye positivamente en la utilidad percibida (<xref ref-type="bibr"
					rid="B6">AlHamad <italic>et al</italic>., 2021</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr"
					rid="B25">Gupta <italic>et al</italic>., 2021</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr"
					rid="B56">Zheng <italic>et al</italic>., 2023</xref>). Para los MOOCs, un diseño
				intuitivo y accesible mejora la navegación, reduce barreras y aumenta la percepción
				de utilidad. Por tanto, se sugiere la siguiente hipótesis:</p>
			<p>
				<list list-type="simple">
					<list-item>
						<p>H4: La facilidad de uso tiene un efecto positivo en la
							utilidad percibida.</p>
					</list-item>
				</list>
			</p>

				impulsa el uso. En los MOOCs, esto se refleja en la percepción de que ofrecen

				impulsor de la motivación hedónica (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Al-Azawei &amp;

				ofertados las estrategias de gamificación se enfocan en establecer objetivos claros,
				ofrecer recompensas, estructurar el contenido en niveles y fomentar la competencia
				mediante clasificaciones. También incluyen elementos sorpresa, trabajo colaborativo,
				retroalimentación inmediata y la posibilidad de tomar decisiones autónomas. Todo
				esto busca motivar, guiar el aprendizaje y fortalecer el compromiso del usuario.
				Investigaciones previas han demostrado que el uso es impulsado por la implementación
				de gamificación en tecnologías (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B14">Aparicio et

			<p>El estudio adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo y un diseño correlacional-explicativo con
				el fin de analizar la relación entre variables. El diseño fue transversal y no
				experimental, observando la realidad sin manipular las variables en un único
				momento. Se llevó a cabo una revisión de la literatura para elaborar las hipótesis
				de investigación y diseñar una encuesta validada por expertos, que consta de cinco
				preguntas generales y 43 ítems evaluados en una escala Likert de cinco puntos en la
				cual 1 representa “totalmente en desacuerdo” y 5 “totalmente de acuerdo” (ver <xref

			<p>La encuesta fue aplicada en el mes de mayo de 2024 en el estado de Tamaulipas,
				México, mediante un formulario de Google Forms enviado por correo electrónico. Se
				utilizó un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia dirigido a una población
				compuesta por 12 575 docentes y personal administrativo de educación básica en
				funciones dentro del estado. De acuerdo con los registros del CETE, este grupo ya
				contaba con experiencia previa en la toma de cursos en línea. Las necesidades de
				capacitación de esta población eran evidentes ante la disponibilidad de nuevas
				tecnologías educativas, las cuales ofrecen oportunidades para mejorar la calidad de
				la educación impartida en el nivel básico.</p>
			<p>Se tomó en cuenta a personal de diversos niveles ya que el objetivo de los MOOCs
				ofrecidos por el CETE es desarrollar las competencias del personal educativo a
				través del uso de herramientas innovadoras, adecuadas al entorno de la educación
				básica. Estos cursos presentan una duración variable, que va de las 20 a las 120
				horas, dependiendo del tema abordado. Las temáticas incluyen herramientas digitales
				y plataformas educativas (hoja de cálculo, procesador de textos, presentaciones
				electrónicas, Google Workspace, Google Classroom, Moodle, Zoom, Meet, Jitsi y
				administración de archivos en la nube), diseño y creatividad (uso de Prezi, Powtoon,
				Google Sites e introducción a Corel Draw), tecnología aplicada (robótica, Scratch,
				tecnologías inmersivas), competencias lingüísticas y comunicación (curso de
				ortografía y gramática, lengua de señas mexicana) y apoyos educativos diversos
				(mantenimiento preventivo de equipos de cómputo y construcción de nuevos escenarios
				de aprendizaje). Esta oferta busca atender las necesidades formativas del personal
				docente en un entorno educativo en constante transformación.</p>
			<p>Se estimó un tamaño de muestra de 385 participantes, con un nivel de confianza de 95%
				y un margen de error de 5%. Se obtuvieron 510 cuestionarios de los cuales 470 fueron
				válidos para análisis mediante modelización de ecuaciones estructurales usando la
				técnica de mínimos cuadrados parciales (PLS-SEM) en SmartPLS 4.1.0.8 (<xref

			<title>RESULTADOS</title>
			<p>La muestra se conformó por 470 personas, en su mayoría mujeres (67.66%) y con una
				edad predominante de 41 a 50 años (35.11%), seguido por los mayores de 51 años
				(30.43%), reflejando una amplia experiencia laboral. La mayoría tenía licenciatura
				(54.47%) o posgrado (40.64%) evidenciando una alta cualificación académica. De la
				muestra, 64.26% correspondió a maestros frente a grupo, mientras que el resto fueron
				docentes con roles administrativos y directivos. Los participantes laboraban
				principalmente en Victoria (24%), Reynosa (13%) y Matamoros (11%). Esta composición
				refleja una muestra diversa y representativa de docentes para analizar la adopción
				de tecnologías en entornos educativos, considerando su diversidad geográfica y
				profesional.</p>
			<p>El análisis multivariante realizado está fundamentado en la metodología de <xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B44">Sarstedt et al. (2019</xref>), debido
				a que el modelo teórico conceptualiza la variable Calidad General (CG) de los
				sistemas de información como un constructo de segundo orden, de tipo
				reflectivo-reflectivo, estructurado mediante indicadores repetidos. El proceso para
				su análisis incluye: 1) la definición del modelo, desarrollada en el apartado de
				formulación del modelo; 2) la evaluación de los constructos de primer orden para
				garantizar su validez y confiabilidad; 3) la evaluación del constructo de segundo
				orden con base en las propiedades de los constructos de primer orden; y 4) el ajuste
				y la evaluación del modelo estructural, considerando su relación con otras variables
				y su capacidad explicativa.</p>

			<title>EVALUACIÓN DE LOS CONSTRUCTOS DE PRIMER ORDEN</title>
			<p>Para garantizar la validez y confiabilidad, se analizó el modelo de medición
				evaluando la confiabilidad de los indicadores, además de la validez convergente y
				discriminante de los constructos, los cuales fueron definidos como de orden inferior
				(Lower-Order Construct, LOC). De los ítems originales (43), se consideraron solo 31
				para el análisis, debido a que se estableció como criterio una carga factorial
				mínima de 0.707 para garantizar la fiabilidad de los indicadores (<xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B29">Henseler et al., 2009</xref>). Los
				ítems SI2, SR3, SR6, CF1, FU4, GA2, GA4, GA5, MH2, IS3, US3 y UT4 no cumplieron con
				este umbral y por ende fueron descartados. La fiabilidad interna de los constructos
				se confirmó con valores superiores a 0.7 para el alfa de Cronbach
					(α) y la fiabilidad compuesta (ρc) (<xref
					ref-type="bibr" rid="B26">Hair et al., 2017</xref>), lo que
				indica consistencia interna adecuada. La validez convergente se evaluó con la
				varianza media extraída (AVE), superando el umbral mínimo de 0.5 en todos los casos
					(<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B19">Chin, 2010</xref>). Como se expone en la <xref

			<title>DISCUSIÓN</title>
			<p>Se encontró que CG impacta positiva y significativamente sobre FU (β
				= 0.722, p &lt; 0.001), UT (β = 0.330,
					p &lt; 0.005) y CF (β = 0.818,
					p &lt; 0.001), validando H1, H2 y
					H3, respectivamente. La relación CG → CF fue la más fuerte del
				modelo, lo cual subraya la importancia de garantizar altos estándares de calidad en
				los MOOCs, ya que esto impulsa de manera directa la percepción funcional de los
				usuarios. Los hallazgos coinciden con investigaciones previas, donde se ha
				demostrado que los componentes de CG (calidad del sistema, de la información y del
				servicio) inciden sobre FU (<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B25">Gupta et
						al., 2021</xref>; <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B42">Salloum

			<p>Por otro lado, H4 fue rechazada al no encontrarse significancia
				estadística entre FU y UT (<italic>β</italic> = 0.125, <italic>p</italic> &gt;
				0.05). Este resultado contrasta con estudios anteriores (<xref ref-type="bibr"

					rid="B56">Zheng <italic>et al</italic>., 2023</xref>) que sí comprobaron esta
				relación. Una posible explicación es que, en el presente contexto, los usuarios ya

			<p>Se aceptaron H5 y H6, ya que se identificó a CF como un

			<p>En cuanto a H7, los resultados indican que UT tiene un impacto positivo y

				Estos resultados concuerdan con investigaciones anteriores, como la de <xref

				como herramientas útiles y relevantes para su aprendizaje, puesto que influye
				directamente en su uso continuo.</p>
			<p>Por su parte, H8 fue aceptada, demostrando que MH incide positivamente en
				US (β = 0.188, p &lt; 0.05). Estos resultados son
				consistentes con la investigación de <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3">Al-Azawei y

				de MH en US fue el más bajo del modelo, su significancia estadística sugiere la
				necesidad de incorporar elementos emocionales que favorezcan experiencias agradables
				en los MOOCs.</p>
			<p>En relación con H9, se encontró que IS influye de manera positiva y
				significativa sobre MH (β = 0.133, p &lt; 0.005).
				Estos hallazgos coinciden con los resultados de <xref ref-type="bibr" rid="B3"

				motivación para interactuar con estas plataformas.</p>
			<p>Finalmente, H10 fue aceptada al identificarse que GA incide de forma
				positiva en US (β = 0.346, p &lt; 0.001). Los
				resultados obtenidos confirman su relevancia en la adopción tecnológica,

				trofeos o certificados, que refuerzan el progreso y generan satisfacción. Otra
				estrategia fundamental es la estructuración del contenido en niveles, lo cual
				facilita una progresión gradual que motiva a dominar nuevas habilidades. A esto se

				permitiendo a los participantes elegir caminos o estrategias dentro del entorno

			<title>CONCLUSIONES</title>
			<p>Este estudio identificó que los factores de utilidad percibida, motivación hedónica y
				gamificación influyen significativamente en la adopción de MOOCs en la capacitación
				de personal educativo, mostrando su relevancia para ampliar el alcance y mejorar el
				impacto de estos cursos en comparación con modalidades presenciales. Para
				incrementar la utilidad percibida es fundamental asegurar que la información
				personal es manejada de forma segura y ofrecer MOOCs con contenidos de calidad, un
				rendimiento eficiente, un diseño atractivo, información actualizada y un soporte
				accesible. Estos elementos mejoran la percepción de que los MOOCs son herramientas
				valiosas para el desarrollo profesional de los usuarios.</p>
			<p>Por otro lado, fortalecer la motivación hedónica requiere fomentar un entorno social
				donde los compañeros o directivos utilicen activamente los cursos, creando así una
				comunidad de aprendizaje. Esto promueve el disfrute y el agrado al usar MOOCs, lo
				que impacta positivamente en su adopción y uso continuo. En este sentido, la
				integración de elementos de gamificación, como desafíos diarios, niveles y
				recompensas, contribuye a que los cursos sean más atractivos, fomentando el
				compromiso y la participación de los usuarios. La implementación de estrategias
				basadas en estos hallazgos no solo incrementa la formación continua del personal,
				sino que también contribuye a una educación de mayor calidad al ofrecer cursos más
				atractivos, eficientes y alineados con las necesidades del usuario.</p>
			<p>Desde un enfoque teórico, este estudio introduce la calidad general como un
				constructo de segundo orden, integrando los tres factores de calidad del ISSM
				(calidad del sistema, del servicio y de la información). Esta estrategia
				metodológica mostró resultados favorables al mejorar los niveles de predicción e
				influencia sobre las variables dependientes. La parsimonia lograda en el modelo
				propuesto facilita su aplicación en investigaciones futuras y contribuye a la
				literatura sobre aceptación tecnológica en educación, especialmente en contextos
				emergentes.</p>
			<p>El modelo propuesto, basado en la integración del TAM, el ISSM y el UTAUT, demostró
				su validez en el contexto de países emergentes, caracterizados por diferencias
				culturales y tecnológicas respecto a países desarrollados. Estos hallazgos ofrecen
				una base sólida para entender cómo factores sociales, individuales y sistémicos
				impactan en la adopción de MOOCs. Desde una perspectiva práctica, los resultados
				permiten a instituciones educativas y diseñadores de MOOCs identificar los
				requisitos clave para el desarrollo de cursos efectivos. Asegurar la calidad del
				contenido, fomentar un entorno social activo y utilizar estrategias de gamificación
				son acciones esenciales para mejorar la percepción y el uso de los MOOCs en la
				capacitación profesional.</p>
			<p>Este estudio presenta algunas limitaciones, por ejemplo, la muestra se tomó en un
				momento y lugar específicos, lo que podría influir en la extrapolación de los
				resultados. Además, no fueron considerados otros factores teóricos que podrían
				mejorar la precisión en la predicción del uso de MOOCs. Un análisis multigrupo,
				segmentado por variables como puesto de trabajo y edad, habría enriquecido aún más
				la comprensión del comportamiento de los usuarios.</p>
			<p>Se recomienda realizar estudios futuros en diferentes contextos geográficos y aplicar
				análisis multigrupo que consideren variables como edad, experiencia laboral y puesto
				de trabajo. Además, es importante incluir factores contextuales y características
				personales que puedan influir en la adopción y percepción de los MOOCs. Estas
				investigaciones permitirán a las instituciones educativas diseñar cursos más
				efectivos y adaptados a las necesidades de los usuarios, promoviendo la formación
				continua y el aumento de la calidad educativa.</p>
			<p>Por lo tanto, para diseñar MOOCs efectivos es fundamental conocer a la población meta
				y estructurar el curso en módulos claros con objetivos definidos. Se deben ofrecer
				recursos variados, fomentar la interacción y facilitar el aprendizaje autónomo. Para
				asegurar la calidad, es clave revisar los contenidos pedagógica y técnicamente,
				implementar evaluaciones adecuadas, garantizar accesibilidad, actualizar el
				contenido regularmente y analizar datos de uso. La gamificación puede mejorar el
				compromiso mediante recompensas, niveles, contenido desbloqueable, clasificaciones y
				retroalimentación inmediata. Estas recomendaciones en conjunto permiten diseñar
				MOOCs más accesibles, motivadores y centrados en el aprendizaje, lo que favorece una
				mayor participación y mejores resultados entre los usuarios.</p>
